RTH SYSTEMS is possibly one of the few business's anywhere that actually believe the concept of truth isn't an unprofitable or useless term from an old outdated business model. The Truth has become just another twisted over hyped word..... but is actually a real and solid entity that could be put to great use as an part of a companies core product. Especially nowadays as most companies have downsized or are merging themselves into the ground or up in the air where they keep the bare truths away from the people and the profits. Customer service is also becoming history unless you are paying double because the truth is it's more profitable to not answer your questions or help you and then lie about that if you get that far. Think about it. Honesty is not even a minimal part of the equation anymore along with trust and loyalty. They're all on that last midnight train to Clarksville, Georgia going one way, GONE. It seems that today
companies have implemented the put them on hold till they go away
policy". And it seems to be working because people just don't
have the time to wade through hours of crappy phone menus for
nothing more than ultra repetitive unimportant airspeak and when it
is something important they need to handle they don't because most
customers remember what was like last time in the queue and it's NO
WAY JOSE'. It's not worth their time or energy and is insulting to
human intelligence. So.....Ladies and Gentlemen the new automated
customer service system to help speed things up and provide betters
service to all has done it's real job which is to get you gone. At
RTH Systems the truth about who and what we are, what we do and some
of how we do it doesn't have to be a secret or withheld from
customers on a prioritized profit oriented "Need to know
basis". The truth should "BE" customer service
period. |

NOTE: RTH SYSTEMS has yet to make any profit from one internet related transaction. We certainly hope this will change soon as our truth policy gets near final inspection. Currently it's being field tested and next it'll be publicly implemented and marketed effectively. The truth doesn't need a guarantee or disclaimer because you can't arrest it it doesn't have a lawyer to suggest it need's to protect itself. It isn't even dangerous as words go or as a book but it's certainly true that knowledge in the wrong hands could do major harm whether it's true or not. WARNING; Truth can also be hurtful fatso and possibly even harmful enough to be part of a caused death, but truth itself cannot do anything. It simply is. |
